Industrial automation
I develop software for machines and production processes; from control systems to commissioning, including adapting control cabinets. Thanks to my broad technical background, I can also fulfill an architect role in the design of these systems.

Embedded software development
With experience in C++ and C#, I develop reliable embedded software for a wide range of applications. Think smart sensors, real-time systems, and hardware integration.

Applications for machine communication
I build applications that communicate with embedded systems or industrial machines. I work with various communication protocols and ensure robust and secure connections.

What makes me unique is my background as a ship’s engineer. I have extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, refrigeration installations, engines, generators, and gas technology, gained during 13 years working on gas tankers and offshore. After that, I worked for almost 20 years in R&D at a machine manufacturer, where I gained experience in robotics, mechanics, software development, and system integration.

I prefer working with organizations that want to innovate; from start-ups to companies looking to move forward. I feel most at home in environments where short lines of communication and technical depth come together.

One of my great passions is scuba diving and the underwater world. I’d love to one day combine my technical expertise with this passion — for example, in projects involving underwater drones, ROVs, or maritime monitoring. I’m open to collaborations that bring these worlds together.

I deliberately choose projects that matter. Think of:

• Sustainable technology such as solar panels, EV charging stations, and energy management
• Innovative projects such as Ocean Cleanup
• Safety applications for infrastructure and industry

What I don’t do: software for games, luxury products, or superficial applications. My work should contribute to a better world, both technically and socially.
